IN CONSIDERATION of the opportunity to attend the event, and by submitting your registration, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these attendee terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) applicable to the event (the “Event”) operated and run by the Event Organizer.

For the purposes of this Agreement, “the Event Organizer” refers to Executive Capital Summit, LLC (“Emble Events,” “we,” “us” or “our”), the entity identified on the Event’s official website, registration materials, or related documentation which references this Agreement as responsible for organizing the Event.

If you are completing the registration on behalf of another individual, you warrant that you have made the attendee or participant aware of this Agreement and that he/she/they has/have accepted this Agreement.

1. General Terms

1.1 All costs associated with your attendance (e.g., travel and accommodation expenses) shall be borne solely by you, and the Event Organizer shall have no liability for such costs.

1.2 By attending the Event you grant the Event Organizer the right to record, film, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from or any payment to you.

1.3 You acknowledge and agree that we may in our sole discretion, and at any time change any and all aspects of the Event, including but not limited to, the Event name, themes, content, program, speakers, moderators, venue and time.

1.4 At time of check in, you must provide a valid form of photo identification.

1.5 Attendee badges must be worn at all times in Event areas.

1.6 It is solely your responsibility to comply with any government visa requirements and failure to do so does not constitute a basis for a refund. The Event Organizer shall have no liability with respect to any failure on your part to comply with such government visa requirements.

2. Attendee Eligibility

2.1 Attendee registration is open to owners, operators and C-level executives in multifamily organizations only.

2.2 Service providers and vendors may only attend as Event sponsors.

2.3 We reserve the right to cancel and refund any registration.

3. Attendee Conduct

3.1 You will treat our staff, visitors, other customers and service providers with fairness, integrity, dignity and respect.

3.2 You will respect the values, beliefs, cultures and religions of such persons.

3.3 You will comply with all reasonable instructions given by our employees whilst participating in or attending our events.

3.4 No form of harassment, victimization, bullying, discrimination or threatening, malicious, abusive or otherwise objectionable (in our sole discretion) language or conduct will be tolerated towards our staff, visitors, other customers or service providers.

4. Restricted Activities

4.1 By registering, you agree not to share, transfer, sell or trade your badge. If you violate this policy, the Event Organizer may cancel your attendance and retain any payments.

4.2 To the extent consistent with and permitted by applicable law, the Event Organizer does not permit the possession of firearms or other weapons at any Event Organizer event.

4.3 No minors under the age of 18 can attend the Event, unless authorised by a member of our staff. Note some venues have a complete prohibition against minors under the age of 18; if this is a concern, check with members of our staff well in advance of the Event.

5. Fees

5.1 All applicable fees are due upon registration (“Fees”). If payment is insufficient or declined for any reason, the Event Organizer may refuse to admit you and shall have no resulting liability to you in this respect.

5.2 Fees may be subject to sales tax, value added tax, or other taxes and duties, which, if applicable, will be charged to you in addition to the Fees.

5.3 Once you have successfully registered, your Fees will not be adjusted downward based on any sponsorship, discount or any other reason.

5.4 If you provide your credit card information, you understand and acknowledge that your credit card information, if applicable, will be used by the Event Organizer to process the Fees.

6. Cancellation, Substitution and Lost Badge Policy

6.1 Cancellation deadline. Registrations cancelled on or before Saturday, September 26th, 2026 are fully refundable if submitted in writing. Please refer to our policies and FAQs.

6.2 Registrations and cancellations received after Saturday, September 26th, 2026 (at 11:59 PM Eastern) are not refundable.

6.3 There will be no carry over of registrations or Fees to subsequent events held by the Event Organizer or any of its affiliates.

6.4 Paid attendees that later join as speakers are not entitled to a refund of attendee Fees paid.

6.5 Once you have received your badge on site, it cannot be changed, substituted or reissued to a different person.

6.6 Registered attendees cannot convert their passes to complimentary sponsor passes.

6.7 Substitutions. Ticket transfers to other individuals from your organization are only possible using the Event Organizer’s platform and with our approval.

7. Health, Safety and Assumption of Risk

7.1 Safety Protocols. You agree to abide by all health and safety rules, regulations, and guidelines established by the Event Organizer, whether adopted now or in the future.

7.2 Waiver. You understand that attending the Event may expose you to inherent risks. You willingly assume full responsibility for any risks, including serious illness or death, that may result from your attendance at the Event or participation in any activities.

7.3 Release. In consideration of these risks and your voluntary attendance at the Event, you hereby release the Event Organizer (the “Company”), their affiliates, principals, agents, and employees (the “Released Parties”) from any liability, claims, demands, actions, or rights of action related to your attendance at the Event, including those arising from the negligence of the Released Parties. This agreement is binding upon you and your successors, representatives, heirs, executors, assigns, and transferees. If any portion of this provision is held invalid, the remainder shall remain in full legal force and effect.

7.4 Medical Aid. You give full permission for any person connected with the Event to administer necessary medical aid and, in case of serious illness or injury, to seek medical or surgical care and transportation to a medical facility on your behalf.

7.5 Assumption of Risk. You acknowledge the inherent risk involved in attending large gatherings and the subsequent risk of illness or death. You knowingly and freely assume all risks related to illness and infectious diseases, even if arising from the negligence or fault of the Released Parties.

7.6 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify the Released Parties and defend and hold them harmless from any claims, lawsuits, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting from any loss, liability, or third-party claims related to (i) the illness or death of any person(s) due to your negligent or intentional acts while attending the Event, (ii) your failure to comply with all applicable health and safety regulations and all rules, regulations, and guidelines instituted by the Event Organizer, the venue, or any third parties providing goods and services at the Event, and (iii) the enforcement by the Company of its rights under this Agreement.

7.7 Acknowledgment. You have read and understood the foregoing assumption of risk and release of liability. You acknowledge that you are waiving valuable legal rights and that this agreement obligates you to indemnify the parties named for any losses, claims, or liability, including illness or death, caused by your negligent or intentional acts or omissions.

8. Data Protection

8.1 By registering to attend the Event, you acknowledge that we may process the contact information you provided when registering to attend the Event e.g., your name, business telephone number, job title, and business email address (together the “Personal Data”). 9. Compliance

9.1 By registering to attend this Event, you represent and warrant that you are not subject to any sanctions, restrictions, or prohibitions imposed by the country where the Event is taking place or the sanctions lists of the United States.

9.2 If we become aware or have reasonable grounds to suspect that your participation may violate such sanctions or restrictions referred to in clause 9.1 above, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without liability, to refuse your registration, deny entry to the Event, or require you to leave the Event immediately.

10. Security Inspections

10.1 We and/or the venue may conduct security searches to ensure safety at the Event.

10.2 If you refuse a security search or fail to comply with the rules and security notices published at the venue, you will be required to leave the venue immediately or be denied access to the venue, without any refund.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All intellectual property rights in or arising out of the Event, including but not limited to the Event content, any Event logos and trademarks, and all films, videos, photographs, recordings, promotions, advertisements and/or other materials distributed at or in connection with the Event are owned solely and exclusively by the Event Organizer (or, as applicable, the Event sponsors or speakers at the Event). You may not use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce any trademarks or logos (including without limitation the mark) or other trade names appearing at the Event, in any Event content or in any materials distributed at or in connection with the Event for any reason without the prior written permission of the Event Organizer.

11.2 For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to vest in you any legal or beneficial right in or to any trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property rights owned or used under license by the Event Organizer; nor does this Agreement grant to you any right or license to any other intellectual property rights of the Event Organizer, all of which shall at all times remain the exclusive property of the Event Organizer.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability

12.1 The Event Organizer gives no warranties of any kind in respect of any aspect of the Event or any materials, items or other products related thereto or offered at the Event (whether from us or any third party) and, to the fullest extent possible under the laws governing this Agreement, disclaims any and all warranties (express or implied), including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, timeliness, compatibility, non-infringement, security, and merchantability. The Event is provided on an “as-is” basis. The Event Organizer does not make any representations of any kind regarding the Event, its content, materials, or the results of the Event, in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. The Event Organizer does not accept any responsibility or liability for reliance by you or any person on any aspect of the Event or any information provided at the Event. Any materials, items or other products offered at the Event are for your own personal use only, not resale, and should be used strictly in accordance with their instructions, precautions and guidelines.

12.2 Except as required by law, the Event Organizer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive costs, damages or losses (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise and even if the respective person has been advised of the possibility of such damages) arising directly or indirectly from the Event or other aspect related thereto or in connection with this Agreement.

12.3 The maximum aggregate liability of the Event Organizer for any claim in any way connected with, or arising from, the Event or this Agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise (including any negligent act or omission), shall be limited to the amount paid by you to the Event Organizer under this Agreement to attend the Event. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the Event, or with any other provision of this Agreement, your sole and exclusive remedy is your discontinuation with or nonattendance of the Event.

12.4 If any portion of this limitation of liability is found to be invalid, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, we do not disclaim any liability which cannot be disclaimed pursuant to applicable law.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 The Event Organizer’s failure to exercise any right shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights. The Event Organizer shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond the Event Organizer’s reasonable control. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary for this Agreement to otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. This Agreement is not assignable, transferable or sub-licensable by you except with the Event Organizer’s prior written consent. This Agreement shall be governed by the internal laws of the State of New Jersey and the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and State courts located in the State of New Jersey with respect to any legal action or proceedings arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the matters contemplated hereby, and consent to the service of process by the mailing to such party of copies thereof by certified mail to the other party. Each of the parties irrevocably waives, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any objection to which it may now or thereafter have to the laying of venue of any such proceeding brought in such a court and any claim that such proceeding in such a court has been brought in an inconvenient forum.

13.2 A party that substantially prevails in an action brought under this Agreement is entitled to recover from the other party its reasonable and documented attorneys’ fees and costs. Both parties agree that this Agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the mutual understanding of the parties and supersedes and cancels all previous written and oral agreements, communications and other understandings relating to the subject matter of this Agreement, and that all modifications must be in a writing signed by both parties, except as otherwise provided herein.

13.3 No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment is created as a result of this Agreement, and you acknowledge that you do not have any authority of any kind to bind the Event Organizer in any respect whatsoever.

13.4 Any and all rights not specifically granted under this Agreement by the Event Organizer are hereby reserved by the Event Organizer.

13.5 You acknowledge that this Agreement, as it may be amended from time to time in accordance with its terms, constitutes the entire and final understanding with respect to the subject matter herein. You acknowledge that this Agreement, and the terms and conditions stated herein, supersedes any prior versions of this Agreement or any similar agreements you entered into with the Event Organizer.

13.6 We reserve the right to deny admission if you fail to comply with any of your obligations contained herein.

13.7 This Agreement may be amended by the Event Organizer at any time by adding, revising, or deleting any terms or conditions. You acknowledge that the Event Organizer will provide notice to you of any changes or amendments to this Agreement by posting such modified version of this Agreement on its website (or by other means, including via email, if required by applicable law or if the Event Organizer decides to in its sole discretion). You agree to check the website for new versions of this Agreement. Any amendment or modification to this Agreement will be effective on the date listed above. You agree that by engaging with the Event Organizer or attending the Event, you agree to and accept all terms of this Agreement as so amended.
