What is the admin role?

A member of your team will need to be designated as the admin for registrations and hotel reservations via your exhibitor portal. The admin will establish the room block for your group and once established, will distribute the booking link to members of the group so they can book their rooms. The admin will select room types and nights up until the quantity permitted for your sponsor group.

What is the sponsor room block?

A sponsor room block is a reserved allocation of rooms that is exclusively available to members of your sponsor organization and cannot be booked by individuals outside your group. Once created, the room block will be held for five (5) days, providing your team with sufficient time to reserve accommodations. Important: Each sponsor organization is permitted to create only one room block. Creating multiple room blocks may result in the cancellation of existing room reservations.

What if I can’t find the room I want?

If the requested room type is unavailable, please contact us to discuss alternative accommodations. While we will make every effort to secure a suitable option, availability cannot be guaranteed.

What is the booking link?

Once the room block has been confirmed, an approval email will be sent to the designated administrator for your organization. This email will include the booking link that team members can use to reserve their accommodations within the approved room block.

What do we do if we have more attendees in our group than our booking limit allows?

You cannot exceed your booking limit at Trump National Doral. This is a policy we put in place to allow all sponsor groups and paid attendees to reserve on-site rooms. We do have several off-site options available. Please see the Hotel & Travel page for more details.

To ensure room availability for all Diamond and Platinum sponsors, we have made some changes to the room booking and reservation process.

In just a few, simple steps all your allocated rooms can be easily reserved. Please see the steps below:

First

Step One

Please designate an admin from your company to reserve a customized room block using the admin link that was included in your sponsorship email.

Second

Step Two

The admin will select room types and number of nights for your group. This blocks theses rooms/nights for your sponsorship group, but is not yet the room reservation.

Third

Step Three

Once the selections are made, the admin will receive an email with a link to share with the members of your sponsor group. They must complete the booking via the link within 14 days.

Fourth

Step Four

Just kidding, there is no step 4. You're done!
